Carlswerk Silvester 31.12.18

Carlswerk Victoria + Club Volta

Watergate Records, Berlin

Since their big break in 2012 the Adana Twins have established a sterling reputation, refining their sound constantly, pushing the boundaries of their musical ambition and evolving organically with the passage of time. Driven by the transmission of emotion through music, the German duo, have been working together since 2006, merging Benjamin's love of hip-hop and Friso's love for club music to produce a series of well- received releases that have formed the foundation of their global success. Their early triumphs led to bookings all over the globe and they traveled across the planet to deliver their unique musical vision, with support from a wide range of dance music luminaries including Radio 1 legend Pete Tong, Solomun, Tale Of Us, Joseph Capriati, and many more.

 Apus Apus/ Traum

Attempted by so many people vainly, Dominik Eulberg is the one who can claim for himself having reconciled ornithology and techno successfully. Dominik Eulberg, raving ornithologist from the Westerwald is both: an international booked DJ in spotlight and an observer of the domestic Flora and Fauna in quiescence – a master of reconciled contradictions. Since he released his first disc in 2003 on Traum Schallplatten, the superior producer disperses ecological expertise and the sound of chirping birds in his tracks. He uses nature as a contentual and dramaturgical source of inspiration for his productions since 1993.

[Monkeytown, Berlin]

FJAAK, the Berlin-based trio of hardware heads, have been constantly making a name for themselves over the last half a decade. Having grown up together in Spandau on the outskirts of Berlin, Felix Wagner, Aaron Röbig and Kevin Kozicki began quite early to create all different kinds of music before ending up taking on the city’s heritage – techno – to make it their own. It was back then in 2009 at ‘Gewerbe 15’, their 50 qm shared flat studio, where they started to develop their very own distinct sound.
